Delivery Reimbursement

Eternal Virtue (EV) will reimburse your shelter up to $15 CAD for delivery or pickup costs. Please select your preferred method:

Your shelter provides its address and the EV team arranges delivery (covered up to $15). (Example: If the delivery exceeds a cost of $15.00, the EV team will provide the delivery receipt to your main shelter contact along with a request to pay any monies exceeding $15.00. The requested amount exceeding $15.00 would be reimbursed back to the EV team by your shelter.)

Your shelter orders a pickup using a courier or rideshare (e.g., Uber). Your shelter emails the receipt and EV reimburses up to $15.

Your shelter designates a volunteer to pick up the meal directly from the caterer. (no reimbursement in this scenario)
