WHO WE ARE
CANADIAN IMPACT
Eternal Virtue began over 10 years ago as a small effort to provide meals for those in need. Today, it has grown into a registered charity supporting Canadians through food assistance, education, and community programs.
Our journey reflects the power of community, faith, and collective kindness — proving that small acts of goodness can grow into lasting change.

Siddiq Rustam
Founding Director
Siddiq Rustam, the founding Director of Eternal Virtue, is a dedicated member of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Muslim community, recognized for his lifelong commitment to service and his profound Quranic recitations.
Professionally, Siddiq brings a strong background in Finance, Business Operations, and Community Development. A significant part of his career has focused on supporting children from financially disadvantaged families, ensuring they have access to sports and physical activities that enrich their lives.
Deeply rooted in the Muslim community, Siddiq’s commitment to volunteerism is unwavering. Whether in executive leadership roles or providing hands-on support, he consistently serves with passion and purpose.
Raised in a family with a strong tradition of service, Siddiq developed a deep sense of responsibility and compassion grounded in Islamic teachings. Rabia Din
Director of Programming
Rabia Din has worked in the non profit sector for over 18 years, leading large teams and with a strong focus on settlement, mental health and refugee centered issues. With a passion for social justice and advocacy, Rabia has been involved with numerous community initiatives and organizations.
Rabia has served as the Chair on the Board of Directors of Sakeenah Homes, an organization providing essential support and services, empowering people to become healthy, independent, and thriving members of our society.
Despite her many leadership roles, Rabia remains deeply committed to hands-on, impactful work. To inspire her network of family and friends, she launched The GOODness Movement—a 30-day Ramadan initiative encouraging small acts of charity. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a community-driven effort, mobilizing hundreds of volunteers to make a real difference through:
• Back-to-school supply drives
• Shelter meal programs
• Fundraising for families in need
• Random acts of kindness (like covering coffee shop tabs)
• Delivering food packages to children with disabilities
• Assembling hygiene kits for shelters
As an Advisor to the Eternal Virtue team, her passion, experience and deep insights will be invaluable to our mission!
